Yosemite.live is operated by MountainsCalling.me LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

No User Accounts

Yosemite.live does not require or offer user accounts. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information (PII).

Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, we store your device's push notification token solely for the purpose of delivering notifications you have opted into. Tokens are deleted upon unsubscribe or after 30 days of inactivity.

Device Attestation

The app uses Apple App Attest (iOS) and Google Play Integrity (Android) to verify that API requests come from authentic app installations. These attestation tokens contain no personal information — they confirm device and app authenticity only.

Analytics

The Yosemite.live native apps use PostHog for anonymous product analytics — screen views, feature usage, and app lifecycle events. PostHog is configured in anonymous mode: no personal data is collected, no cookies are used for cross-site tracking, and IP addresses are not stored. Analytics data is not linked to your identity.

No Tracking Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising identifiers, or any form of cross-site tracking on the website or in the app.

No Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer any data to third parties, with the sole exception of Apple and Google for the purpose of attestation verification as described above.
