The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Wait time data is informational and is not guaranteed to be accurate or current. Conditions at park entrances may change rapidly and without notice. Do not rely solely on this service for safety-critical decisions.

Yosemite.live is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the National Park Service (NPS), the U.S. Department of the Interior, or the federal government in any way.

Intellectual Property

The Yosemite.live name, brand, data methodology, and all original content are the property of MountainsCalling.me LLC. All rights reserved.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MountainsCalling.me LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to delays at park entrances, missed reservations, or travel disruptions.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
